Fairfield Inn & Suites Bismarck North

Family one night stay. I was charged at the desk even though I paid online. Hopefully i can get a refund.

Overall it was a good experience. There was used soap in the bathroom that was concerning and the keycard did not work on the side door.

Everything was good.

Nice rooms

Too many instances where front desk was unmanned, multiple issues w having to rekey room cards

The hotel was overpriced for what you got. Small room and dated. Pool was closed and was not told until after fully checked in when asked what time it closed. Not sure I would stay at this one again.

Wish that the pool would have been open

There was hair on my bed. The fridge didn't work. And the pool was shutdown. Stains all over the bathroom. Terrible place to stay at. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. You'd be lucky to get a bed with no stains on it. Horrible.

Everything was out of order

We stayed there because I had a pool and a hot tub when we arrived. We were told the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. We were then given our room key and when we walked in the room, there was towels everywhere and the beds were not made and the room had not been cleaned yet Went back downstairs and he switched us to a different room, but it was not good customer service.
