Fairfield Inn & Suites Bismarck North

I could not sleep due to the stench in the room. It was a combination of mold and old cigarette smoke. The bathroom was filthy behind the toilet, especially. Absolutely awful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and what looked like cut-up hot dogs. No fruit.

I paid for a 2 queen bed room for 2 men who had been traveling all night and they were given a king suite with a sofa pull out. Not very happy at all!!

Nice stay We will come again

I booked this for my son on his way back to college. It was his Worst hotel experience ever. The first room he was given had dirty sheets, old food in the refrigerator and standing water in the tub. He was moved and the next room had bugs in the bed, clumps of matted hair and the bathroom and a terrible odor of mildew. Avoid this place at all costs…..

Black mold in the shower,bathroom door was hard to open. Swimming pool closed for repairs. Also only ice machine on the first floor

Clean and easy to get to.

Pool and hot tub were under construction.

Our reservation was for king room. We checked in and when we got to our room it was a double queen. When I called the front desk I was told there were no more king rooms available and sorry to bad. Pool was under repair which was not advertised on website. Air conditioning was very noisy.

Was VERY disappointed with the queen size beds in our room the first night but mngmt. gave us a different room for our next night. Beds were really uncomfortable!

Breakfast was good and had lots to choose from

Was not informed that pool was not functioning It’s one of the main reason chose this hotel Getting the run around on cancelation of 2 other rooms still not answered

Rooms were old and dirty, worst of all they smelled of mildew. I will say that the staff was great, however I would not recommend. Bismarck has a lot of better options at similar or even better rates.
