Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle by IHG

kimpton was once a fun brand. It's evolved into a so-so blah hotel. No service, no perks, nothing innovative or unique. Too bad.

I used to stay at the Vintage a lot when I was traveling for business. The hotel seems to be a bit run down and the restaurant wouldn't be on my list for the bar or a meal any longer. The staff was still great.

(Sorry the didn’t was more on my mind do write it first) My wife wanted decaf coffee and while 1 staff person made accommodation’s and prepared a cup herself the next day a different front desk person was unwilling to do anything to help. The first person even offered a kuerig for our room for addl mornings. Which was very nice … unfortunately the last experience is what I recall. :(

(And obviously this was the good) Wine event was a nice touch. Before arriving Communication from staff about early check in was great… once we arrived valet service ppl were friendly and helpful and we received text messages about early check in at 11a which was very nice and appreciated

The decor was nice, free water bottles, good location, quiet

The bed was too firm, the couch was really uncomfortable too.

So so. A little tired and needs an update. Only one elevator worked.

There were $100 unexpected fees when we ARRIVE this is high!! The room was sweltering houTLLR& Az

Didn't care for the waiter in the restaurant. Very arrogant. Food wasn't that exceptional either.
