"Poor Customer Service"

We had a horrible experience with this location, awful management. Poor customer service. With a family of 5 you try to save money where you can. My husband canceled and we were going to stay at a family's house. He requested a refund and they stated there was no refunds. We then asked to reinstate the reservation and they said there was nothing they could do. I spoke to their general manager Julia and she had no empathy what's so ever. She stated she could not help us or make any exceptions. We always stay at Marriott's during vacations. No more after this experience. She was so rude.

"2 star hotel off the feeeway"

Even thought I paid for parking to be included in my room rate they still charged $20 a night for parking and there is nothing near this hotel it’s off the freeway. Room had a musty odor, no windows opened for fresh air, and the breakfast buffet was 1 star. Cancelled my next 3 reservations with them.

This property was located right off the freeway exit which made it convenient to get to. The property and room were nice. The only downfall was my wife broke out with serve allergies making us believe that a dog was previous in the room.
