"Could be great, but it isn't"

I sometimes think I'd rather stay at a hotel that is absolutely horrible rather than one that would be good if management tried. This Fairfield Inn could be great, if management tried. The room is spotless; the bed is comfortable. The desk agent at check-in ws great. However, the shower drips heavily for 45 minutes to an hour after being turned off. Pretty annoying, especially if you're trying to go to sleep. The lobby pantry — that little nook with candy, snacks, soda, and frozen items for sale— is barren. Currently, there are some Almond Joy, 6 Pepsis, bottled water, and a little frozen food. If you're not going to stock the pantry, don't offer it. At least your guests will know to pick up their drinks before checking in. Finally, the WiFi. We're roaring through 2025, but this Fairfield Inn still has an internet system that will kick you off or drop out several times a day. This place is just...annoying.

Average quality. Personnel were very helpful. The building maintenance, however, could be improved. We had two rooms for nine nights and we have to relocate from one room after first night due to plumbing issues. Generally it is a decent place for a few nights. Actually, good if one does not look for perfection.

"Place is pleasant but hope the manager got to talk to this person and gave him a good consequence."

I was racially profiled by the check in representative and told that ICE was in the building also got told I can leave and got very bad comments from him, got my card charged twice and my partner got charged an extra time. A total of 3 charges by this person I had to report my card as fraudulent.

"Clean and close to where we were going"

We had a wedding to attend at the Spanish Hills golf course, so this was the closet hotel to that venue. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.

"Great deal"

We really liked the location and cleanliness of this hotel. It’s in a beautiful area with easy access to the highway. The staff were all very nice and the hotel was very clean. The only things I wish they would improve is their breakfast options (no flavor, only one vegetarian option and no pastries) and for them to upgrade their towels. They were old and not bright white. Time to replace them.
