bathrooms a little average

Location was good and Moss Vale is a nice area. The lady who checked us in was nice.

There were 2 condoms under the pillow of the single bed in our room, this was an odd touch. Maybe have them in the desk drawer but finding them tucked under the pillow was creepy. We were in room 4 and the window frame had a few holes in it, this let in the cold air and the smoke from the smoking area so not ideal as I’m not a huge fan of the smell of cigarette smoke. The room could be a lot nicer with a few small changes.

The aircon our room didn't work

Location was excellent and rooms were clean

Noise at night was terrible. In bed you could hear every step along the corridor as we were close to bathrooms and toilets. Clearly the floor boards in Corridor needed replacement

The bed was comfortable, clean linen and the towels were not just a bath towel, it was a bath sheet also a bath mat. Loved the little love heart chocolate 🍫 I have stayed here a few time and there was not noisy even on a Saturday night. Meals are great. Will stay again
