Cornerstone Manor Hotel

We expected just a bed to put our head down after a long flight for the night but it fell well below even that. But when we did complain they did their best to resolve it.

Our bedding wasnt fresh, there were hairs all ovsr the sheets and quilt. The standard was so poor unless they supplied us with fresh bedding she was willing to sleep in the car for the night. The decor in the room was strange to say they least.

Unfortunately for us there were guests fighting at 1am and police were called and went on for hours. This is not the hotels fault but no apology from them we were lucky if we had 3 hours sleep. The room was ok but a noisy buzzing light all night as well.

Don’t know why it has the name of a hotel it is just a hostel with no place to cook. 1. No hairdryer in the room. 2. The tv didn’t work. 3. Bed was uncomfortable. 4. Single bed creeked when someone moved in it.

The property is beautiful and in a leafy part of Sale, yet very close to amenities. I love the spacious Victorian architecture with wonderful big windows. The bed was very comfy and I fell asleep quickly. The room was very clean. Clear instructions and contact numbers and I found that the owners were quick to reply. I'd definitely stay again if I'm i needed to be in the area again.
