Sea Crest Beach Resort

I loved my room with an ocean view; check-in & Check-out was very easy. My room was clean and lovely, the food was great, accommodating & friendly staff and overall wonderful place to have the MCOA conference

The Sea Crest Beach Resort is beautiful. The rooms are clean and beds are VERY comfortable. Everything you need right at your fingertips so no need to leave the resort!

Well my room 316 was next to the maintenance room so we can start with that. Noise was unbearable. And you should be ashamed to charge a $25 resort fee per night. Then there’s the water tax fee which again is inconsistent and charged double on some days. Thats a hidden scam fee. You have a pool and fitness room or you don’t?

We had the best time staying at Sea Crest. The room was comfortable with a great view. The resort staff were attentive, helpful and accommodating. The outdoor and indoor pools were inviting, warm and clean w plenty of lounge chair. The fitness cat was clean and had enough equipment to get a good workout. On the beach there was plenty of relaxing chairs and umbrellas if needed and the area was very clean. We really had a wonderful time!

While we did enjoy our stay there were a few issues I will address here: The Lantern room: fries at dinner were ice cold for both of our dinners. We decided not to send them back as the fish and chicken were hot. The breakfast buffet - omelet was hot but all other food in the warming trays were luke warm. The freezer section of the refrigerator (room 502) badly needed to be defrosted as I couldn't get our ice pact into it due to the frost! On our second night I did discuss with the night clerk how the music outside in the area near the pizza take out was way too loud and on too late the first night. She was able to have it shut off earlier the second night. Thank you! On both nights the toilet kept flushing itself! I played with it to get it quiet early in the morning. It stayed off all day but again the second night kept flushing itself. I used a comb to place the flapper in the proper position for the rest of the second night. I did discuss as I was checking out with the manager.

I came for a conference. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and he staff were very nice and helpful. The view was amazing! Watching the sunset and sunrise is a must.

Went to reminisce about previous trips with family many years ago. Wife died a year ago and it brought back many wonderful memories. I hope to come back with my grown up daughter in the near future. July is my favorite month to come. https://vimeo.com/1130389186

Beautiful views and right on the beach, really enjoyed my stay, just wasn't long enough! Stayed in Building 4, and room was clean, spacious and loved it.

You can’t beat the location but the hotel itself is not great. The food and service in the restaurant was good, but that’s where it ends. We had an oceanfront room that actually overlooked a giant roof, it didn’t really matter though because the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. The window just outside of our room in the hallway was covered in bird waste. Our room was never made up during the two night stay. The staff at the front desk was unprofessional and completely indifferent to helping with anything, including the most basic questions.
