LUGreat cruise. We did 2N/3D and it was great. The staff are super nice. The prices on the cruise are expensive for the country but not crazy. The activities were fun. The food was very nice as well. It was a good experience. The karaoke was super loud and could be clearly heard from all cabins but it was until 22h00 so there was enough quiet time to sleep.
No decaf coffee or herbal tee, no first air available. Small things, everything else was great.
USFood and staff were great, rooms were great, and the experience was amazing, they mad my fiancée birthday special.
I wish they had free drink options, maybe they did and I didn’t see it.

The sheets had stains on them. We requested new sheets that were clean. The food was meh.
AUPros: Everything from the pick up via a private transfer from Hanoi to Ha long bay and to the cruise was great. Punctual, clean and well mannered driver. Food options & extra activites are great. Clean rooms and great facilities. The staff was friendly and helpfull as well.
Cons: 1. No water is given even during the main meal cources except for the 2 small bottles that are placed in the room once a day. 2. We did a 2 nights stay - on the 1st night along with us there was a group of approx. 40 (corporate / company trip) who ever very disruptive the entire time. including late into the night and early in to the morning the following day. We would have prefered a heads up of the corporate group as we expected it to be a peacefull quiet experiance.

Due to weather conditions we only stayed overnight and missed out on activities yet only got half our money back for less than half the experience
