Clean, comfortable, great staff. I had a touch of food poisoning and Jasmine went the extra mile to make sure I was okay, including sending some ginger tea to my cabin. LAN Ha Bay was spectacular.

Bit expensive. Food not hot, although it was clear a lot of time had gone into preparation. Too much food prepared, so there was lots of waste. Not sure buffet arrangement is the best way to serve passengers, perhaps consider à la carte or pre-ordering.

We had a wonderful time as family! Enjoyed our overnight night cruise immensely.

Amazing team and an awesome experience

Lovely boat, great staff! Kevin looked after us very well during our meal times and the meals were lovely! They even gave me a cake because it was my birthday which was really appreciated!

I think that they could include a coffee or soft drink with the meals but apart from that I was very happy with everything.

La excursión por cat ba es muy buena. Es recomendable dormir dos noches. Si solo haces una noche, te la pasas viajando y no recorres la bahía.

La comida era muy mediocre. Te daban solamente 500ml de agua por día, que es muy poco dado que estás en un crucero. Luego, si querías más, debías pagarla. El wifi no funcionó en ningún momento.

A very comfortable boat, our room was spacious and had a large bathroom with bath and shower, bed and pillows comfortable and it was nice to sit on the balcony

One small thing - the jacuzzi can do with being upgraded - and filled more with water. We didn’t use because the weather was cool but if warmer we would have liked to.

Nice ship. Very good team. They also organized our transfer from Hanoi and later to Nim Binh in luxury buses. Great activity list. Very good food.
