The pool didn’t work and after seeing the condition it was in would never have gotten in. The shower was poorly conceived. Oval tub, square enclosure. The voids were a perfect place for water runoff from the shower.
SGnice beds. staff who tries their best. there was a turnover in staff and the 2nd shift was more experienced, thus giving us a better experience. the day boat to Viet Hai was very good - good, staff, experiences (cycling and fish massage)
all beverages including water was charageable during meals.

1. Water should be made available at all meals for free. 2. Tai Chi - 15 mins & the lesson on Day 1 was a joke. DIDI did good work on Day 2. 3. Do vary the breakfast.

IEWe were happy with the recent trip with nosey cruises, we spent 2 days 1 night package. The staff were fabulous and very helpful, especially a female staff member Jasmine who was especially great and deserves a mention. I would recommend this company for a cruise, the area wasnt too busy in Ha Long Bay, and plenty of breath taking views.
The only issue I had was the slow trip to the boat on the tender, it could been a bit quicker. We were being over taken by other tenders at the time.

NLZeer gastvrij, weten eigenlijk meteen al jouw kamer nummer en oprecht behulpzaam. Zelfs na de trip toen wij terug waren en helaas door een Grab driver belazerd zijn hebben ze ons belangeloos geholpen een passend vervoer te krijgen.
