1淋浴的排水孔會堵塞，排水很慢，看起來很久沒疏通水管 2暖氣機運作的聲音很大 3床鋪太軟，不好入睡 4室內燈光較昏暗

I have just spent an hour of my time talking with Marriott Gold Elite customer service about this situation and how disappointed I am in the service you all are providing. That room should have never been rented and was a huge safety concern . I find it extremely disrespectful that when a customer especially a Marriott Elite member specifically asks to speak to the manager that he was hiding behind the door with a slight a little peak out the door that I caught. The fact that the room right we were in as 2 females staying there the doors conditions besides being a safety concern also allowed for us to get second hand high. The room right next to it was smoking weed alot last night on the balcony and that horrific smell came in to the room because of this door having massive issues. Apparently, it appears that you guys are not doing your jobs and safety inspecting the rooms conditions properly! That 2.5 finger crack span and the door not closing properly was spewing in freezing cold air all night long is not ok!!!! I have very throughly explained my disgust to Marriott corporate along with telling them this property is doing their brand a disservice and if I was them I would send someone out to investigate this property immediately.

Absolutely disgusting “hotel”. Dirty, unsafe and completely sketchy. It goes to show that a hotel chain can charge high rates just because it’s close to Disneyland. The shower had an almost paper shower curtain, and the water never fully turned off. This is a motel at best, don’t be fooled by the pictures online, as they aren’t accurate. We definitely didn’t feel like this was a Sheraton.
