Staff and amenities perfect!!!! Location from disney 10/10

The location is only positive about this hotel.

The room was dirty, dusty and run down.

I chose this place over Double Tree but I regreted it as soon as I checked in. I paid extra for a court yard view. When I checked in I asked Stephanie at the front desk if she had a room downstairs and she gives me a room downstairs facing away from the court yard. When I told her I paid extra for the court yard view she snapped, "Im not the computer! I just work here!" Several people in the lobby heard her and I was embarrassed by her outburst. So I said that she didn't have to get an attitude over it and she began arguing how she tried to do me a favor ... I was appalled. Then she put me on the 2nd floor way at the end of the building just out of capriciousness. I was so distressed over her behavior I waited 20 minutes to speak to corporate customer service who documented my complaint. I did tell her I would call customer service and speak with her manager "Michelle" she just said "that's excellent!" Thats what $200 a night get you. Unbelievable.

Room was large, bed was comfortable.

Check in was disappointing 3 of our credit cards were declined. We called the card companies and they said they had no record of a declined transaction., I think it was your machine or your staff was doing something incorrectly. It was annoying. Pool was not clean at all.

The front desk all employees were very nice

Both beds sheets were very dirty with werid stains

Cleanness of the room. The beds where soft and everyone was helpful.

Little sad that I didn't have wash cloths and 2 more towels ...

I liked the distance from Disneyland/ California Adventure

It’s hard to go in and out of the parking lot due to the position of the location. Not enough towels left in the room for 4 people. Ordered a door dash order and front desk didn’t let me know until almost a hour later. When I’d call the front desk it never failed to be put on hold for a very long time.

The view of the outdoors no matter what floor

Entrance doors were stuck even after scanning room key card.
