Location was great.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were put into a handicap room as fully able people and it made the stay less accomidating. Breakfast was a solid 1/10

It smelled like smoke and chlorine. The door did NOT look from the outside of the room, the food was cold and was gone within 15 mins of opening and only 3 people were eating.

1. The elevator is down and has been down and broken since my last time staying there. I deliberately didn't stay there in the last 6 months hoping they would get it fixed. I was told the entire elevator bank has to be replaced and they can't afford to do it. As a business, you really can't afford NOT to get it fixed! 2. If you are a single female traveler, Don't stay here. It's not safe!!!! 3. The staff that worked there helped bring my luggage to the second floor. Room keys wouldn't work. They need to replace batteries on the door panels so you can get into your room! Had to move me back down to the first floor, with a room with 2 beds because they didn't have another King room. I told the gentlemen they could leave the luggage in the hallway, and they had the room keys so they insisted on putting the luggage in the room. So one guy left, and the other closed the door and it was just the 2 of us in the room. Awkward! He hugged me (ewww don't touch me) and then asked if he could stay in the room since I had an extra bed. I politely told him I didn't think my husband would want me to let him stay. Then he asked if he could shower in the room and I again declined and gave the husband excuse. He handed me the key and left. Obviously, I was feeling unsafe in there now that they knew what room I was in. I put the chair up against the door and used an extra locking mechanism to ensure my safety. Why didn't I leave you ask? Because I once waited for a refund from Booking for a couple of months because I got charged twice! 2 months of fighting with them! I wasn't going to waste my time, energy and money! 4. I killed 4 different bugs in the room in 2 days time. Watched one crawl out of the shower drain. 5. Went down for breakfast at 9:15am and they already had 80% of breakfast stuff pulled and put away. Breakfast ends at 9:30am. Once upon a time I loved this place.

The airport shuttle did NOT have signs for Country inn, it said holiday Inn , even on the phone thay said look for country inn van, almost made me miss my connection to hotel. The heater took forever to build heat up in the room. TV remotes wouldn't work and I tried 3 sep ones. The breakfast was cold, the biscuits were not soft, the eggs were cold and no flavor, The waffle batter pour was clogged so that means it was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY! WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! THE POOL HAD SO MUCH CLORINE ,YOU COULD SMELL IT FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL. The curtains in my room you can see through from the outside. NO PRIVACY WHAT DO EVER!!
