Bed comfortable

The heat system was extremely loud, woke kids from sleep and had them afraid. The bathroom extremely small and outdated and raggedy. No breakfast

Location was good, hotel room was good.

Waited 10-15 minutes at front desk before someone came. Not the cleanest carpet on the stairs and hallways. Breakfast was disappointing. One fruit punch, no juice, no napkins, a couple yogurts and white bread if you didn't want eggs, biscuits and sausage or oatmeal. No cereal, waffles, fruit like other Country Inn's i've stayed at. Country Inn is usually my go to hotel, but I wouldn't spend my money at this one again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Morning staff was helpful.

I needed a shuttle from the airport. I called ahead for to confirm procedure. Staff provided info. When I called with a question Phone rang 20 times, I tried again - 20 rings no answer.. I called when I arrived at airport and eventually reached someone. They were hard to understand but said they would send the shuttle. I waited 40 minutes in 20 degree weather. After waiting 15 minutes I called but phone rang 20 times - no answer. I called again at 20 and then 25 minutes and the phone rang 20 times- no answer . Finally someone answered at 30 minutes and said they would contact shuttle which finally came at 40 minutes in freezing weather. Not acceptable. Other frustration- no hairdryer. Front desk said people keep stealing them and she didn't have one to loan me. This is problematic- I needed one as do many (most?) women. A hairdryer is standard part of daily routine.

That the store was close.

It was dirty, the room was dirty the hallway was very dirty and the pool had Bobby pins and other trash in it.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the years due to frequent business travel, and in the past it has generally been convenient because of the location near the airport.

This stay was by far the worst experience I’ve had here and will be my last. The front desk/manager attendant, Elmer, was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and abrasive. The washer and dryer took my money and were not working. When I brought this to his attention, he was rude and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Later, around 1 PM, I requested that my room be cleaned as I’m heading out for the day and was flatly told no, with no effort to accommodate or offer an alternative only that I should have asked sooner due to “policy.” When I again mentioned the laundry issue, he opened a drawer and stated they keep no money and that there was nothing he could do. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told I would have to call someone on Monday, after which he went into the back room and locked the door. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The last and final day the elevator went from unclean and slow operating to not working at all.

Safe neighborhood.

It was very run down. Breakfast was sparse, and of poor quality. The room was uncomfortable with a vinyl floor and a very thin blanket (no extra bedding). I stayed at the property 25 years ago for work, not a penny has been put back into the hotel for updates. Only very basic maintenance has been done in that time as well. Also, the pool was cloudy, and littered with false eyelashes.

Nothing the customer service was horrible!!

The elevator was out I went to the room. The microwave was out I asked could I have another room and the manager proceeded to call me crazy it was horrible.
