While on tight schedule, waited both mornings for breakfast items. Faulty thermostat in room, shut it off, continued to run, very loud.

This property needs a serious upgrade. Non functioning elevator, fitness center treadmill tv's inoperative, missing dumb bell weights, walls need painting, torn carpet, worn furniture, etc. One of the most basic breakfast food offering at any Hyatt Place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

NOTHING - - they would not refund me from a mistake scheduling error - even though I showed up, realized the mistake, yet paid for that night because we needed a place to stay. Appeals made. No response. No mercy. No refund.

I made a big mistake in scheduling two weeks after I meant to schedule, and showed up at the Hotel - - it was revealed by the pleasant clerk that the reservation was mistakenly made two weeks in advance. I have tried to communicate with the Hotel to explain this mistake. On the actual reservation date, I obviously no-showed because I was in Kearney NB on a road trip. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT A HYATT.
