Great location, friendly staffs, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with excellent sleep quality. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh food and many choices, and the service was efficient and attentive.

Wonderful team from the lobby to the gym, and the 5-star breakfast by Yunus, Adrian, and Gede was amazing! Best hotel in Bandar Lampung with a shopping mall right next to it!

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Lampung! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Everything felt perfect, from the warm service to the relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Kak Fuad at the reception for the excellent service and kindness — really made my stay even better. I’ll definitely stay here again!

"Amazing experience and guide"

With my parents and sister, I visited Lampung to visit family heritage locations after being away for 70 years. Bima from the hotel was amazing in supporting us on all trips and guiding us around the locations that we wanted to visit, and supporting in translating for us. It could not have been better in any way!

GOOD SERVICE from all the staff,my family really enjoyed during stay in radisson hotel Lampung,Thanks to receptionist always make sure if we are enjoy during stay,also engine staff always willing to help and from restaurant there’s mrs.Yanti she’s friendly and good service when offered us hot chocolate in the morning and also mr.Agung we know he’s night duty in the restaurant but still full energy during breakfast time and positive vibes, they knows how to make excellent serbive .Thanks a lot,great job team!
