"Restaurant Bad Service"

I had a bad experience having lunch at the restaurant. I already booked for 10 people and ordered the menu from D-2. They confirmed that the food would be ready at 1 am, which was after my graduation. However, on the day, the food wasn't ready at that time, and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Two main courses and one dessert were not served to us, and they apologized after I inquired about this. If I hadn't asked about that menu, they probably wouldn't have noticed. I already paid 50% upfront, but the service was extremely poor. We also weren’t asked about our rice preferences; we just received plain rice, although we could have chosen if we had been confirmed earlier. The seating was changed two hours before 1 am. I will not be planning family lunch or dinner at this hotel again, as it's not suitable for festive occasions.

"Always nice staying in Radisson"

Always nice and satisfied staying in Radisson from check in counter and check in to the room , thank you for Mr Fuad to help check in to the room and welcoming amenities, little bit tricky when reservations in full book weeks and Radisson apps often problem, advise for parking in weekend need more active response from parking team to coordinate or advise parking space for guest, hopefully more Radisson hotel in Indonesia, easier find Radisson hotel in Scandinavian countries

As expected, as ussual, another great fun experience with Radisson Hotel Bandar Lampung Start with the booking process with the awesome assistance of Ms. Elsa, fast and efficient checking process. Outstanding service! The staff, the room, the breakfast menu.. nothing to complain really.. Welldone Team!! This is how the hospitality should be..
