騎樓可停車，附近買吃的方便，假日時，房價便宜。

入住發現毛巾有毛髮，馬桶內有不明殘渣，房內有小小強，有蚊子，有老屋味道，床是彈簧床，室內不優，菜市場在旁邊，5點時就有吵雜聲，隔音差。
