相較其他地方便宜；雖然殘破不堪，但沒有任何地方堆垃圾或是覆滿灰塵，算是意外的乾淨；房內茶壺一看就有年紀，但晚上裝的熱水到白天還是熱的；浴室熱水沒有忽冷忽熱；網路很順。雖然在菜市場旁，但是幾乎沒有喧嘩聲；房間紙杯非常充裕。

床墊非常有年紀，永遠不會平的那種；枕頭很硬，幾乎不變形（還是這算優點？）；浴室下水並不會向淋浴處的下水前進，而是流向洗手檯，所以整間浴室都是水；廁所、淋浴、盥洗沒有隔開，一個地方濕全間濕；浴室沒有置物架；窗簾拉起來會蓋到冷氣、不拉又看得到外面；冷氣老到無法辨識是否有開到正確位置⋯壁紙泛黃還脫落，看起來很老。
