"The property is beautiful and everything was perfect, but the older lady working at breakfast was extremely rude and aggressive. Her unprofessional behavior completely ruined the experience. I truly hope management selects staff more carefully; a luxury hotel requires a polite and professional standard of service that reflects its status."

The building and museum also aquarium kids loved it.

The breakfast buffet staff was very disappointing. Their attitude made us feel uncomfortable throughout the meal. Instead of being welcoming and attentive, they kept staring at guests in a way that felt intrusive. It seemed as though we were being watched rather than enjoying our breakfast. This negatively affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Hôtel super original avec le musée de la formule 1 inclus dans l'hôtel. Même pour des personnes qui se sont pas forcément fan de voitures, nous avons adoré. Le restaurant italien était parfait, l'aquarium au sous-sol était impressionnant. Et le meilleur pour la fin, la chambre est très confortable et jolie. On s'y sent bien et les coussins sont supers confortables.

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Zimmer mit eigener Sauna. Riesiges sehr bequemes Bett, alles perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Pizzas im Restaurant.

Schade dass es im Frühstückteil nicht mehr reichte für die gleiche Deko an den Decken wie im Restaurantteil. Es sieht sehr kahl aus wie in einer Tiefgarage.

Prima kamer en zeer moderne badkamer. Ook het Formule 1 - museum waar je als hotelgast gratis toegang tot krijgt is leuk, al is het voor de Nederlandse bezoekers jammer dat er niks wordt vermeld over Jos en Max Verstappen.

Het restaurant. Het eten was prima, maar het restaurant was zo groot opgezet, dat je je er een beetje verloren in voelt. Met de verderop in het pand gelegen autoshowroom heb je wel een leuk uitzicht (er staan onder andere Ferrari's en Lamborghini's).
