The service in the restaurant was rude and disrespectful. We needed the luggage rack to help take our luggage down the next morning at checkout however, the telephone was broken. We weren’t able to call downstairs so we had to log all of the luggage downstairs by ourselves two females.

Bom, achei as camas pequenas, esperava mais delas, achei que a janela dava para alguma vista e também não obtive isso, outro detalhe que os drinks de cortesia da até 7:30pm, cheguei 7:31pm, e já não poderia mais pegar, poderiam ganhar o cliente ali, mas isso é só detalhes, o atendimento do pessoal é excelente, atendimento ótimo, pessoas educadas e solicitas! Agradeço a paciência.

A horrible experience! The room we were assigned (1001) looks absolutely nothing like the photos shown during booking. It is completely misleading. Instead of the promised comfort, we ended up in a truly dingy and oppressive space. The room is entirely devoid of natural light: there is only one window tucked away in a corner in one room, and absolutely no window in the other! The atmosphere is gloomy and stifling. A massive disappointment; I strongly advise against staying at this hotel for 300 $ / nigth !
