Hotel Plaza de la Paz

The check in process was easy, and the hotel is as advertised. Our room was in the back of the property so it was quiet , the room description was accurate, not to mention it was clean and spacious , the lay out was fantastic.the A/C worked perfectly. Regarding the location , the hotel is in the centre of town so it is easy 10 min walk to Barrio de la estacion , where most of the wineries are located. We were happy with our stay . As a tip , not all the wineries have the same hours , so take that into account when planning your visit , seems most of them are open between 11 to 3 .

Wonderful location on the square. Parking as directed by the very helpful Javier about 350metres away and very secure. There is load/unload space close to the hotel. Restaurants close by, easy stroll to the famous Bodegas. Rooms are clean functional and comfortable. There is no restaurant but you are in the square where coffee and croissants are available. There is also a fabulous wine shop around the corner owned by the hotel group Would I return? YES

It was a perfect location. Friendly staff. Great room overlooking the plaza. Great rate. Wish we could have stayed another night.

Hotel is located in a beautifully renovated old house in a heart of Haro. It has charm of a historical place with comfort of today's standards.

Value for money. Excellent location. Parking garage just a few blocks away.

Great location and responsive staff.

Not easy to find the Hotel as no previous notification had been given that it was in a pedestrian area. No receptionist on duty we had to telephone for someone to check us in and the man who appeared was very abrupt. We tried to pay by card but because they had tried to take payment before we arrived our bank had suspended the card as we had not authorised it. Hotel was very expensive for the area and did not include breakfast. It being October there were very few places open to eat. The room was good and clean but had the street lights shining in all night as the curtains did not close fully.

We had one night in the City, and this was an excellent stop for a business trip. Read the instructions for check in, it was simple, but we missed it. Clean and quiet.

Wonderful property well located in Haro on the main square. Owner was wonderful and explained many things in the city. Parking was conveniently located near the hotel. Would highly recommend this beautiful renovated property.
