Perfect location. Incredible view. Food is high quality but little rough.

직원들이 친절하고, 영어로 소통할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 10명의 대가족이 3채를 빌려 투숙햇는데 편의를 봐주셔서 매우 편하게 지낼 수 있엇고 무엇보다 경치가 정말 좋았습니다! 아이들이 있는데 유아식도 따로 구비해주시고 직원모두가 아이들을 무척 예뻐해주시고 배려해주셔서 감사햇습니다 :)

1. 벌레가 좀 많아요 2. 대욕장은 실물이 좀 더 작은느낌입니다만, 그래도 저희는 좋았어서 개선점은 아닙니다 3. 야끼니쿠는 정말최고였습니다! 다만 환풍이 좀더 되면 좋을것 같습니다

設備は整っいて清潔でした。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で親切でした。 湯の坪街道まで歩いて20分位で散策しながら丁度良い距離だと思います。

素泊まりの部屋の露天風呂は残念でした。 部屋から1度外に出ないと行けない作りでした。 少し離れた所からは見られそう。 内鍵も簡易的な物しか無く女性が利用するのは無理そうでした。

Quite and cozy

Enjoyed the private onsens ( both in the room and the one on the premise). The tatamis were very comfortable and the dinner was delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It’s too bad the ventilation couldn't be better for cooking the beef on the charcoal grill.

The main reason I booked this room was for the open-air bath with city & mountain view and it did not disappoint. The food, as I expected, was very good - both breakfast and dinner. Sadly, we were only able to enjoy one breakfast as we had to leave early to catch our flight back to the U.S. We were, however, provided a takeout breakfast which included pastries and orange juice.

The bathroom facilities could use some deep cleaning. The grout and some corners had grime and mold, some were very obvious that could easily have been simply wiped off. A suggestion would be to provide all white towels. Another suggestion would be to use white pillow covers instead of terry cloth-like brown/yellow in color which seemed very worn-out; also white bed sheets would be better, so basically, white cotton is ideal for all bedding. Beer variety was provided in the room refrigerator but as I'm not a beer drinker, sake or wine- as an option, would have been nice.

Fantastic food an staff! Beautiful location just 30 min stroll from Yufuin centre. Your own onsen with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute!

房間寬敞，房內有兩個溫泉池，十分方便，員工態度友善及幫助，在離開酒店前，酒店老闆主動給我們拍家庭大合照，還將照片打印出來送給我們，十分感謝。
