Me gustó la habitación, muy cómoda y espaciosa con baño privado y agua caliente. Y la ubicación cerca de la plaza mayor.

La habitación no tenía ningún tipo de calefacción. Y en Ollantaytambo hace frío de noche. Debería haber por lo menos un caloventor en la habitación.

El trato ameno de la persona que me recibió ya que por un dolor de muela tuve que salir más tarde de cuzco y ella me recibió bastante tarde en su hotel . La ubicación y estar rodeados de naturaleza por sus bellos jardines .

El frío , pero con unas buenas mantas todo paso.

"Tremendo refugio ante circunstancias adversas"

El lugar lo hacen las personas. Mi hijo despertó muy mal la primera noche y la hostal se transformó en nuestro refugio, brillando la calidez y cariñosa atención de doña Noemí, quien nos llevó el desayuno a la pieza -incluso fuera del horario-, nos proveyó de agua caliente cuando la necesitamos y se mostró siempre preocupada por nosotros. Muy afortunados de hospedarnos en este acogedor lugar para recobrar las energías y seguir adelante con nuestra aventura. Totalmente recomendado.

Cobran un % de recargo por pagar con tarjeta, pero ha sido igual en todos los hospedajes en Perú.

Nada.

Quarto sem aquecedor, com aranha, tomada para carregar o celular apenas uma: a do banheiro. Água fria para o banho, toalhas com mau cheiro. Pátio do hotel sujo, parece casa abandonada. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Adorei a localização e o atendimento dos funcionários. Quartos atenderam bem a nossa necessidade.

O quarto tem cortinas ruins e é bastante frio. Se melhorassem isso seria um 10/10.
