"Good value for price"

The room was spacious and clean. Shower had hot water and good pressure. There are two beautiful internal gardens where you can spend time relaxing. The rooms are displayed around these gardens. Ollantaytambo is a small walkable town. We took a tuk tuk from the hostal to get to the train station because we had a big suitcase.

Piezas cómodas, buen baño, rica ducha y un jardín precioso para sentarse y leer un rato.

El desayuno no es el fuerte de este lugar, pero muy buen café y el desayuno salva.

Localização razoável, mas bem longe da estação de trem. Levamos mais de meia hora caminhando do hotel até a estação de trem. O quarto era espaçoso e as camas boas. Chuveiro esquentava bem, mas quarto não tinha calefação. O wi-fi funcionava muito bem.

Ao chegarmos a pessoa que nos atendeu foi bastante antipática. Depois não vimos mais ninguém na pousada a não ser hóspedes. No dia seguinte, no café da manhã, apenas tinha uma mesa disponível com manteiga e geleia. Não tinha pão, frios, ovos e apenas algumas frutas inteiras e café. Levamos meia hora pra sermos atendidos, pois só havia uma senhora trabalhando na cozinha. Ela trouxe pão e fritou ovos pra gente, Mas terminamos perdendo muito tempo. No check-out mandaram uma mensagem pra deixarmos as chaves na porta e que não autorizavam ficarmos alguns minutos a mais, mesmo tendo demorado tanto pra nos servir o café da manhã. E o pior, não havia ninguém na recepção desde a hora que acordamos até irmos embora!! Me senti numa casa enorme, fria e abandonada!

Easy check in with lovely gardens around the complex to relax in. Fantastic location just down the road to the main square and around the corner is a laundromat.
