Pas d’eau chaude , 22h00 impossible de prendre une douche après une longue journée Évacuation baignoire boucher, compteur électrique qui disjoncte quand on allume la Clim pas assez de puissance électrique Canapé salle Dégradation non réparé d’un mur et parquet dans la chambre parentale suite à une ancienne fuite d’eau Meubles usés et pas en bonne état Mauvaise isolation phonique on entend énormément le vent et la circulation

This property was dirty, no WiFi , and poorly operated by a lady in an office . Flies and other insects shared the space with us . It’s a great location but I would never recommend this place to my enemies

No Wi-Fi or parking included. The apartment door lock malfunctioned — even with the correct passcode, it wouldn’t open. Beatriz the customer support lady help us during the booking. She is very professional

Den Schlüsselcode bekamen wir noch per WhatsApp. Auf die Frage, wie man in die Parkgarage kommt, hieß es, es gibt keinen Parkplatz, obwohl gratis Parken angegeben war und ein Foto abgebildet war. Also mussten wir einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz suchen und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Wohnung gehen. In der Wohnung gab es kein Wasser. Auf unsere Meldung wurde uns wieder per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass voraussichtlich um 10 Abends sich jemand darum kümmert. Dann ging niemand mehr ans Telefon. Außerdem war die Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand. Schimmlige Wände, Möbel verschmutzt und beschädigt, ein Loch im Fußboden, Balkontüre undicht. Wir beschlossen in ein Hotel zu gehen, denn ohne Wasser konnte man ja nicht einmal die Toilette benutzen, zumal es fraglich war, ob das Wasser überhaupt angestellt werden würde. Am nächsten Tag um 10 Vormittag wurden wir wieder per WhatsApp gefragt, ob das Wasser jetzt geht. D.h. die von der Agentur haben sich nicht gekümmert, sondern sind einfach nach Hause gegangen und haben uns sitzen lassen. Zum Glück konnten wir mit Expedia kommunizieren und die haben veranlasst, dass wir wenigstens die Hälfte des Geldes, wie es in den Stornierungsbedingungen der Agentur steht, zurückbekommen haben. Eigentlich wäre die komplette Erstattung fällig gewesen, aber die Vermieter haben sich nie wieder bei uns gemeldet und so blieben wir auf unserem Schaden sitzen. Ich denke, die Homing Agentur kann man als Betrüger bezeichnen.

Overall experience was good! Staff or the owner was very accomodating and easy to communicate. Upgrade or replacement in household items such as towels and pots would make the stay more pleasant.

"Very disappointing and unprofessional"

Location

I only stayed 3 of the 4 nights booked. On the 3d day the electricity in the apartment went out. I checked the fuse box inside the apartment, on the left of the door, and it seemed okay. I called the support office who asked me to check the box, which I said I did. The information provided by the lady that attended me, regarding the box, did not match ( she asked me to press a black button, which was non existent). I sent her, by WhatsApp, a photo of the box. I then asked her to send a technician to sort out the problem. Meanwhile, I left the apartment , around 12:30, as I had an appointment. I checked back with the lady, around 17:30 , after a few tries, who eventually informed that someone would be going to the apartment. I informed her that at 19:00, if electricity was still not restored, I would check out . I did that, around 19:00 after confirming myself that the situation was the same . This is documented in WhatsApp conversation we had. I also stated that I expect a refund of the one day stay.

Foi muito boa, pena nao terem conseguido checkin antecipado nem checkout tardio. Mas ofereceram deixar as malas na central. Tem uma umidade no piso e parede do banheiro.
