Had a great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and guest appreciation nights on tuesday are a bonus.

Nothing really

Pool was very cold and dirty Steam didnt work in the steam room The jacuzzi looked dirty The hotel absolutely stank of cooking steak or something, even on the 7th floor. Room was very cold, and wouldn't warm up. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and springs digging in back. Had to make it up ourselves. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Had to park very far in the parking lot from the hotel, and had to drive around for 30 minutes to get that. Then being charged 16 dollars for the privilege. Oh and the elevators took a very long time to come. Packs of kids just wondering the hallways.

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Moncton. Check‑in was quick, seamless, and completely stress‑free, and from the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Jeff and Vanessa at Front Desk truly went above and beyond. Every question or request I had was handled promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. They anticipated my needs and made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation, making my stay not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the cleanliness of the room—absolutely spotless—and an incredibly thoughtful touch waiting for us; thank you to Sam : a handwritten welcome card on the bed along with a mini pink bunny stuffie. When you’re travelling with a child, this is an amazing gesture Even better than a mint on the pillow. (also beautiful penmanship on the card) Travelling with two or more kids? Parents—no stress. Jeff confirmed that the front desk keeps backup stuffies in case there’s more than one child, so no one has to fight over who gets it. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the care and attention this hotel provides. Exceptional service, welcoming staff, and attention to the small details that truly matter. Hands down, this is now my first choice of hotel when staying in Moncton. Great work—keep it up. 12 out of 10.

Huge kudos to Stefeny for a fantastic Day One at the Neil Squire AT Summit! From her enthusiasm, to her flawless service throughout the day, she made sure everything ran like clockwork. Beyond the great logistics, the food was excellent- I would have loved to eat more of the pizza but I ran out of room! Stefeny’s hard work and hospitality truly set the bar high for the rest of the event. Can't wait for Day Two!

We came back to my favourite hotel on the planet for the annual Moncton Slowpokes Tournament, and just when I thought my first stay couldn’t get any better, I was proven wrong with our second. Whether it was the fantastic service we received from Leo at the Baton Rouge for Breakfast, or from Khaonla making sure we were comfortable in our room, or even my main man Marv from maintenance for unclogging our toilet, the Crowne Plaza never disappoints. Although I miss the hotel already, the Crowne will always have my heart, and I’m already booking a room for next year :)
