"East Coast Open"

Staying in Moncton at the Crownr Plaza for a volleyball tournament. The hotel is beautiful!!!! The staff are amazing especially Tess. She was on top of getting our breakfast bills so that our team could eat and leave to finish getting ready to head out to play!!!

"Amazing experience for a group of 40"

In my 22 years of coaching youth sports and organizing team trips, this was by far the best customer service I have experienced, from booking, to submitting rooming lists, to check in - it was seamless. We checked in 40 people in under 5 minutes. The rooms were clean and there was a personalized note from cleaning staff. Remarkable!
