La ubicación es perfecta para eventos en el Movistar arena, se llega en 10 minutos caminando.

El edificio tiembla demasiado, en la información advierten que tiembla por quedar cerca a una vía y que es normal...pero la vibración se siente muchísimo pareciera más un defecto estructural.. Incómoda para dormir.

Esta muy bien ubicado si vas a eventos en el Estadio

Estaba muy sucio, pensamos que por ser un lugar relativamente nuevo estaba en mejores condiciones pero la verdad muy sucio. Las ventanas no están insonorizadas y por estar sobre una vía principal se escucha mucho ruido me desperté varias veces porque me despertaban los carros al pasar
