This was the rudest property and the most dirty property I had ever been in it looked like a trap house on the inside there was dirty towels on the floor the staff was so rude to me they told me to stay in my room and not come out

Mice/rodents in room. Disceptive advising: no weekly or monthly rates although sign outside indicates they do. "Only nightly rates" per receptionist/owner.

I reserved a single night and pre-paid via PayPal on site several weeks prior. When arriving that afternoon, they were unable to find my details. When I said I booked online, they referred to a piece of paper that had handwritten details on it, yet they still couldn't find it and asked me to pay again. I showed both the receipt details and confirmation number, and they gave me a key to enter my room. The quality of the room wasn't great, and the location is a bit suspect, but I wasn't expecting a 5* place. It was clean at least. However, at 1:00a, the night manager banged on my door, accusing me of not paying and demanding that I pay again. Given the conditions of the neighborhood where the motel is and the time that he woke me up, he's lucky he didn't get hurt. I shared the same confirmation details as I had done with the other staff in the afternoon, and he went away for about 30 minutes, then came banging on my door again. I shared the same details, and he went away until 4:30a, at which point I heard banging on my door for a third time. However, when I opened the door, nobody was there, but I can safely assume it was the same man. I packed up and left after a combined 3 hours of sleep, as I was sure he would just come a 4th time to accost me. When I contacted Hotels.com Support, they confirmed that my payment did indeed go through when I did the original reservation. "Miraculously", the motel was then able to find my reservation. Avoid this place like it's the plague.

The lady up front has a real attitude problem, I thought it was amusing, I'm glad I was able to get under her skin by asking for the wifi password. If you don't have customer service skills then get the h*** out of hospitality. If I ever come back it's to dropa deuce right on there check in window

Stunk like smoke, sheets were stained curtains were disgustingly dirty, used bandaid stuck to the wall, cigarette butts around the bed, bullet hole in the wall, toilet was stained bath tub was epoxied back together, grout was gross and the floors were rotting. There wasnt even an office to go to. It was a window with bars over it in the parking lot and they slide a wooden droor out to you with your room key. If you dont drive a truck or suv, dont even try to get in the parking lot. Theres a huge dip in the entrance. Thought I found a good deal on expedia, but you couldnt pay me to stay there again. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Was extremely on hospitable and it scary

Check in was difficult. The property is on a busy street. The man is behind a window so it was very hard to hear him. He couldn’t find my reservation that I g he as made online. I had yo hand him my phone to prove that I made a reservation. My friend and I got in our room. It had a musty smell. The bedspread stunk so we rolled it down and sat on the sheets. I had to use the bathroom. The toile had feces on it. I cleaned the seat. Lifted up the seat and there was more. The toilet wouldn’t even flush a Kleenex. The shower had writing on the wall in magic marker explaining how to turn on the water. Very tacky. After seeing the toilet I told my friend we were not staying. We packed our stuff back up and left. I told the man what was wrong and said they should learn how to clean. I have nothing nice to say about the place. Appears to be homeless people staying there too. Off you are staying here, check your room completely first.
