Very poor customer care, reception desk staff was business with other staff and ignored my presence. No shade at the reception when waiting to be attended by the receptionists - rain and summer sun are on you. Other room facilities, supplies and the environment reflect the budget!!

This hotel should be closed down hateful owner no ice available rooms were nasty unsafe and had big cracks around the door poor lighting very few tv channels debris around the property mattresses laid against the outside of the building trash scattered around the building no coffe machine microwave or fridge not even clean towels the towels sheets and cover had stains and strong odors area around the hotel was not safe you could smell drugs there were tall weeds broken glass

I booked a room through Expedia and arrived at the hotel the lady was rude and told me no service I had to figure out were I was going to stay at that night

The price was cheap but the room wasn’t even worth the cost. It was by far the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The walls had leaked on filth and the pillows were dirty and there was a hole in the floor next to the toilet that someone could easily look through. I would rate this hotel as condemned crackhead village. And the man that checked us in was extremely rude and hateful and should not be allowed to work with customers.
