Quality Inn - Niagara Falls Blvd

There was dirty towels when I checked in, a cockroach j. The. Bathroom and people stomping all throughout the night .

Location was easy access to falls, restaurants and shopping.

Customer service needs to improve. The staff was not welcoming and didn't bother to help when we asked for water dispenser not working. Rooms were not vacuum enough as well.

No cleaning

Our room was not cleaned properly there was dirt on our walls and the floors felt like they hadn’t been mopped. The hallways were also dirty and not kept there is more to cleaning than just changing the sheets and replacing the towels but I felt like that was the only thing done when our room was turned over.

The bed was ok

That the room was not clean. I saw a big hair ball under the safe in the corner. The chairs were full of stains. No shower curtain was in the shower, and the ceiling started leaking on the bed where we slept the night before. We were lucky the room was a double bed, so we had to sleep on the other bed.

The pool was clean and functional.

Hallways were filthy, entire place smelled like smoke, other occupants running around halls screaming at night and nothing was done. Mini fridge wasnt functional. AC unit made horrible rattling sound. Not worth the almost 200 a night to stay here. Definitely wouldn't come back.
