Quality Inn - Niagara Falls Blvd

Absolutamente nada, no recomiendo este hotel, fue nefasta nuestra estadía, no conocen nada de aseo, de atención al cliente.

Desaseo es su principal característica, pisos sucios, instalaciones deficientes, con cucarachas y bichos, las almohadas no tienen protectores, no se ve personal de aseo en ninguna parte, un hotel sin acceso para personas discapacitadas o con limitaciones de movilidad

It was very loud people above us sounded like a heard of horses running and jumping all night and kids screaming in hall ways at 3 am 6 am just lot of unessacary noise to keep you awake the hall ways floors were dirty rugs covering up dirt by doors

It was not what we expected it could have been better I told lady at front desk but they just said sorry and then compartment me on my eyes I really wouldn't go back it was really just i had already payed for it so we had to stay we had planned it for two months and saved for it but we seriously just dealt with it the breakfast was like a mad house trying to get around all the people and same thing every day maybe some muffins would have been nice the bread was hard

Lindo limpio teníamos parqueo pero nos tocó dormír en el primer piso , así que los del 2nd piso hacían mucho ruido toda la noche y por la mañana , parecía que botan muchas cosas y se sentía incómodo poder dormir tranquilamente !
