Staff and the hotel was nice. I thought it was value for money option, but they ended up charging me 98$ extra for the room. DO NOT use booking.com for your reservations ever, they have zero accountability and are still not giving me a refund.

The hotel is very dirty and noisy; you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms and the hallways. At 4 a.m., guests are walking around, shouting, and playing music—there are absolutely no rules. The breakfast is very simple and not substantial.

Wrong hotel

our 2nd night was on the first floor like I requested and the gentleman at the desk was very nice and helped me to get a room on the first floor as i am somewhat handicapped

First i requested a room on first floor and got a reply back saying yes they will accommodate me as i can not do stairs for bad knees and hips.. Got there and they gave my room away and i had to carry my stuff and walk up and down to 2nd floor.Bathroom floor was disgusting dirty and cracks.. Beds were double and not queen as before. Crumbs underbed. Mouth piece on the phone had sticky gel like substance on it. Had to get lady to clean it properly. So noisy in hallways.. All hallway floors were disgustingly dirty with coffee stains pop stains and just filthy. Very Very disappointed as we usually stay at that Hotel everytime we come down but its been awhile and it sure shows how run down it got.

I like that your location is close to the National park and also restaurants and a small mall with target and CVS, I like that you have large parking lot. The maintenance came promptly and some of the staff were nice.

I didn't like that the room was not clean. The chairs were filled with stains, which was gross, the floor had trash (a huge hair ball was under the safe in the corner). The refrigerator was gross and rusty. There was no shower curtain, so we had to request one. Then to top it all off, when we returned to our room the next day, we discovered a leak in the ceiling right onto the side of the bed I slept the night before. Also, at night loud sounds can be heard, either coming from the fridge or walls (not sure what was making the noise off and, on all night,). It's too bad that this hotel is not well taken care of as far as the cleanliness, I think you would have been fine if it was properly cleaned.
