I was helots friendly and she offered coffee

It was a terrible check in I told the woman I wanted a room they clean often that isn't near the back. She said " oww I though you were here before " the cleanliness was horrible. Dirty sheets , pillow cases with hair imbedded , a strong smoke smell wasn't sure if it was coming from the heater , floors had toe nail clippings and wasn't swepted ever , hallway nasty

The floor was sticky, marihuana smell since the lobby, there was a used gum in the bed, you could hear e v e r y t h I n g. People yelling, drunk people, kids playing, etc

Good location

Loud people above us with children jumping around. Fairly mediocre breakfast . Pool had a layer of scum on it. Manager needs to reconsider his customer service skills
