"Very unsatisfied customer did not get a refund"

I did not like anything about my stay here I was harassed I was beat up I was abused and I also got kicked out and they never refunded me my money because they told me to call you guys and you guys told me to call them so nobody ever gave me back my money

The staff was very rude and it was dirty we was talking to other guest and she told us to mind our business and racial profiled us and said she just know we here to start drama when we was trying to check out very rude

No me gustó el servicio de cuarto elevador que nunca me dieron, el piso estuvo sucio los 7 días tube que pedir escoba y barrer yo mismo...
