The restaurant and bar was very good. Great staff and excellent service. The food was also very good.

The room was cavernous and poorly appointed. The tv was not visible from the far bed. The towels were scratchy. The shower head was old and the water pressure was low. The rubber mat in the was not secured by housekeeping and my wife slipped and almost fell when getting into the shower. No valet. Long walk to the front of property. Poor service at the front desk from new or poorly trained attendees. Didn’t explain parking system which caused more delays on check out. Paid by debit and so a $250 hold was put in the card for ‘damages’. The money was not returned until housekeeping cleared the room which took another half hour even though we provided timestamoed pictures of the room upon checkout.

The pub was great. Great food and staff. The city itself was wonderful

The pool was very dirty
