Would have liked to see the pool and hot tub area be a little cleaner.

Very busy with kids group for hockey but they quieted around 11pm. Excellent blackout curtain comfy beds great breakfast secure parking for extra. Breakfast staff attentive

Pool was over run by noisy children and impossible to use even after 830pm. Front desk staff please stop asking people about their business ...if we want to volunteer information we will.

I had to pay to park my vehicle.

Overall, a lovely hotel, with a stunning lobby, and the standard Crowne Plaza amenities (work pods in the lobby, pool, gym, varied and well-provisioned buffet breakfast, mini market in the lobby, free parking...). Our stay was pleasant. The premium 2-queen-bedroom was spacious, and the River view ensured no street noise. It was worth the extra on the price. This was our second stay at a Crowne Plaza, and we like the standard of amenities they offer, and the fact that you know what to expect in their hotels since the chain appears fairly consistent in quality. We will likely choose Crowne Plaza hotels for our future trips.

Our room neighbours were a bit vocal in what should have been private nightly business, but there's no remedy for that: it happens, and at least, it's free entertainment. Two things that disappointed me in the room: instead of the sleek walk-in shower we had at the Moncton Plaza, the room had one of those old, low, and uncomfortable tubs. A soap holder was screwed to the wall in the middle, which made it tricky to get up from the tub, and the hardware was very worn and a bit moldy. It was the one item that seemed out of place compared to the rest of the room, especially in an otherwise pristine bathroom. No robes to be found in the room. TV didn't have a cast feature like at the Moncton Plaza. These are small details. The cast feature is nice when you have a kid in tow, as we did.
