"There is no one at the residence. Your key is in a lock box. The inside keyhole is broken and difficult to lock or unloc"

The staff were helpful in recommending restaurants and getting reservations.
This is not the place to stay if you are an older person. There are numerous stairs to navigate getting there. Then you have to go up a very narrow staircase to get to your room. It was supposed to have a partial sea view. What that actually meant is if you stuck your head out the window you then had a partial sea view.
