Punto Zero

La prima cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è stata la gentilezza dello staff nel assisterci ancora prima dell'arrivo. L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione, molto tranquilla. La stanza era ben curata, molto pulita, con tutto il necessario e con anche una bella vista dalla finestra. Decisamente consigliato

Beautifully located accommodation in Corniglia with a nice view. Very friendly communication with the host.

Le personnel très réactif suite à un souci technique. Même si on n'a vu personne, les réponses aux mails ont été rapides. La déco de la chambre.

La salle de bains et les toilettes à l'étage au-dessus.

Bien situé au coeur de Corneglia,c'est étroit dans les rues et dans la chambre,mais c'est un village vertical ,alors....,Manquait du rangement dans la résidence, salle de bain commune très propre,aussi la cafetière près de la salle de bain était très appréciée le matin, Nicole très compréhensive et gentille,

The property was very clean and the customer service side of things were very good at getting back to you with any questions, concerns, or inquiries. Beautiful view.

The shower fixture did not stay in position very well was loose and even when tightened it became loose again. Making it difficult to have an easy shower as you had to keep redirecting the water onto yourself instead of pointing at the wall.

Excelente ubicación, súper tranquilo, limpio inmaculado.

Muy lindo, buena atención no son cómodos para ir con valija grande pero en todos los pueblos pasa eso. Volvería sin lugar a dudas
