The room was a lot smaller than expected,however, the main issue was the noise from the road outside, the owner said it would quiet down later on but it didn’t until around 2.00am and started again at 5.00am. There is no mention of the busy road when you book. We had to check out a day early.

The hotel is very close to train station which was perfect for us since main attraction was Cinque Terre. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, real aire conditioning for hot Italy summer. And Alessio was a lifesaver in every way. We enjoyed our stay in La Spezia very much, sure to come back!

One of the highlights of this apartment was the balcony, which offered a view of the city street below. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Communication was prompt and friendly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout my stay. Mother and son greeting as you entered; Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting la Spezia, whether for business or pleasure. Its central location walking distance to the train combined with its comfort and charm, made it a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future. We had two nights and the recommendation on the restaurants was on point. Osteria II Puin and Trattoria Bellavista.

Very great location. Close to the center of La Spezia and very close to the train station to visit Cinque Terre. Very nice hosts and great room with lovely terrace.
