Clean room, comfy bed, loved the terrace which was on a quiet street considering that it was centrally located. Lovely welcome pack, including coffee. Near to centre and train station with lift. Alessio and his mum were wonderful and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

First I didn’t realize it is apartment that was turn into rooms smelly cigar ate smell at the corridor and room smells like sewer. I share my thoughts with the owner who I never met and converse via what’s up. You n general do not stay in this s city ! Dirty there are much better places to make as a base

The physical location of the building was excellent. Close to the train. Close to town.

The first night we got there, there seemed to be many questionable people near the building.

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the train station and few minutes to some restaurants the other direction. The host was great in communication via Whatsapp, very attentive and sweet. The bathroom was quite small and the towels had a mild mildew smell on them but it only bothered me, not my friend. We had a balcony but it overlooked a busy street so we didn't use it. Having a fridge in the room was a godsend during the heatwave and the AC was wonderful.

Towels smelled a bit funky.

Located close to the train station for exploring Cinque Terre

Service was amazing. Location to catch train to Cinque Terre, perfect. Loved the bonus breakfast items. Enjoyed the balcony and breakfast as a complete bonus. Just wonderful

Excellent location, a 3 min walk to the train station. Staff were excellent to deal with and lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and safe. We would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

Alessio and his mother were very kind, welcoming and easy to reach to. They provided a lot of useful recommendations, which we were thankful for. The apartment was clean and cozy. The terrasse was much appreciated. The hotel has an excellent location: near the central train station and the main avenue where there are shops restaurants.... My friend and I will definetly come back to this hohel in case we wanted to visit Cinqua terra again.

Really wonderful stay. Great location, hosts were so helpful and lovely. Would deffo recommend.

Ideal location close to station, room was clean and comfortable with a terrace to sit out on overlooking back of property. There was a clothes horse on terrace which was handy for hanging out washing on. Bathroom was modern and shower water flow good. Fridge was very handy. Wifi was good. Self Check-in was easy, we did not see landlords brother until leaving on 2nd morning.

Slight weird drainage smell on getting back after day out, this maybe a problem with property because there were lots of air fresheners around but not a biggy. Rooms were not cleaned which is fine for a short stay but also meant coffee,tea was not refilled.
