The location is very close to the train station, room is very nice, feel like a home, host is warm and nice. We used a day pass and went to Cinque Terre in the morning, came back for a nap and went again for sunset. Really like this hotel.

Annamaria and Alessio were tops. We arrived late so they arranged for us to enter on our own. Everything was perfect for us and the location being close to the train station was a real plus. It only took a few minutes to walk to restaurants and the harbor. I think that it was a great value and met all of our needs. We enjoyed meeting Annamaria and Alessio on our last day...wonderful people. My wife and I highly recommend this flat if you want to be close to the train station.

We really didn't have any negatives. If we were the owners, we'd get a bedspread to match the modern color/looks of the apartment. Not a criticism, just what we'd do! It was perfect.

Perfect location, humble host and super clean and cozy apartment

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They let us drop our bags off early and gave us tips on what to do and how to get around. The room was only a short walk from the train station, and it was an easy walk to the ferry also. We stayed in the yellow room, which was a little small, but comfortable, and very clean. It was nice that there was an elevator in the building.

Perfect location, nice and close to the train station to explore Cinque Terre. Also a short walk to the town centre and the port. Easy check-in with friendly staff. comfortable room with small bar fridge which was great! Clean.

Small room was comfortable enough for a couple nights stay while exploring Cinqueterre. Very close to the train station and an easy 15 min walk to the ferry. Also close to shops and restaurants in LaSpezia.
