Tiffany at the Studio 6 front desk was as helpful as possible. Very professional. Studio 6 and the facility were letting her down. She did the best she could under the circumstances. Booking.com has the wrong phone number for Studio 6 and they could NOT communicate properly with her due to the incorrect phone number being on the Studio 6 listings. (585-504-0822). It should be 585-663-5558 on the Booking.com site. And It's still wrong TODAY 05-06-26. This is why Tiffany could NOT Authorize the Refund by phone on 04/28/26. Tiffany generated a Studio 6 Refund, but Booing.com still wants an Authorization, and STUDIO 6 HAS CHARGED MY VISA A SECOND TIME - TO OVERRIDE TIFFANY'S REFUND. THAT CHARGE NEEDS TO BE REVERSED OR I WILL DISPUTE IT.

TAKE BETTER CARE OF THE FACILITY. THERE WERE MULTIPLE FACILITY ISSUES. 1. In the Hallway to my room 179, the hotel had a large plastic trash bin collecting water dripping from what appeared to be a Fire Suppression Sprinkler System (Gold colored Pipes I believe) as exposed within the open ceiling. 2. The Smoke Detector in my room 179 was malfunctioning and the only solution was to remove the only smoke alarm. 3. I also observed a large RODENT / RAT run across the floor in Room 179 within the first hour of my stay. NOW I NEED STUDIO 6 TO CONFIRM MY ORIGINAL CANCELLATION AND REVERSE THE SECOND VISA CHARGE OF $306.12

Got there at three to check in was told that we couldn’t check in till 6 PM with no valid reason. Place had a lot of sketchy people hanging around, including the desk clerks. I canceled the reservation because I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait till six and the place looked terrible!

Booked thru booking.com. $89 total confirmed room placement w hotel directly. I was assured that there would be no issues. I was turned away upon arrival...front desk clerk was frustrated," reservation system down"..several other folks were also turned away. Had discussion with booking.com,they assured me they would secure me a room at another hotel via email. That never arrived i had to cancel my trip because of no room.Many guests when i was on phone w booking were having issues with keys.several windows were open, i assume ac issues. The windows were dirty and yiu can see holes in the drapes. Earlier in the week, the town of Greece had cited the property on safety and hygiene issues.i was assured that had bee cleared up.

When I booked, it was an extended stay. When I got there it had been purchased by Hotel 6. So, some of the issues probably stemmed from the stress of changeover. We stayed on the first floor. Just a warning, out whole hallway smelled intensely of cigarettes. It's as if everyone decided to just pay the $250 fine and smoke it up! It wasn't long before our eyes were red and itchy. The room was clean, besides that. The staff was diligent in trying to help.

The room was a complete disappointment. There was a strong unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Leftover food from previous guests was still in the fridge — completely unacceptable. On top of that, the neighbors were very loud, so there was no peace either during the day or at night. Overall, the conditions did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I do not recommend it.

I cannot rate this hotel because this website overbooked and they did not have room available. We did not stay here for the time related to this review.
