"Just plain sad. Hilton needs to do better"

I have been a brand loyal Honors member for 25 years and never have seen such a rundown ratty room as this place. Worn carpet, smelled of animals, stale smoke and broken dreams. However, the Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice but this place is not on the level I expect for the brand.

Everything was clean, breakfast was nice - make your own waffles. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, muffins, pork sausage, gravy. Other foods too! Strawberry kiwi water, water, orange juice, apple juice. Pool was closed when we visited.

Very clean and biggest bonus, no dog smell. I have asthma and can't tolerate dog smells.

Bed was hard as a brick. Worst night of sleep and I'm sorry for that because everything else was A+++

They had to give my boyfriend and I another room due to our heat not working in the room and our room was contaminated with ladybugs! They did give us another room which was okay, but getting at least some of our money back would have been better.
