The woman in front desk when checking in was very rude, mould on bathroom ceiling, microwave didn’t work, no puppy poop bags outside, stains all over the corridor carpet and do of pee on exit stairs. The chair in the room was covered in stains, whole place is filthy. Worst experience ever, never coming back. Had a billing issue and the manager just ignored emails and texts, after trying days to contact and resolve the issue we had to finally report the issue as fraud to our bank. Ruined thanks giving. Will never come again!

Room and bathroom were good size and clean. Furnishings in the lobby are worn out, carts for luggage are beyond worn out. When I arrived to check in I had to shout to get someone to come to desk because she was busy FaceTimeing and even kept the phone on while getting my room key.

No suites.

Breakfast was very good everyday Facilities were nice and clean

Pillows were too soft for me

We have stayed here many times. It’s always neat and clean. Staff is always friendly. The beds are so comfy. Highly recommend. ❤️

Over all was good. Some staff seemed like it was a bother when asked for something. Tile floor was stick and carpets felt old and gross when walking on them

The location was convenient to all parts of the town. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Free parking!! Large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
