Sonesta Simply Suites Dublin Columbus

Room was clean, comfortable, bathroom walls old, some hair in tub, our bed continued to have a wet spot that continued to spread during the night. We paid for breakfast, they don’t offer breakfast. I just had surgery, there were no ground level rooms, it was difficult climbing 17 steps.

Location, spacious room size and they accommodated my need to check in early.

The room was untidy and unkept spider webs around the baseboards of the bed area, unmelted ice left in the sink. Also, saw open hole in the kitchen area, small black bugs critters seen and carpet dirty. Closet door kept getting stuck. Staff was pleasant and professional but uncommodating.

When we arrived, the lobby was closed and we had to call for someone to "come down". A lady showed up in pajamas and said, "I was just about to lay down". Very odd. Also, the room was less than impressive, actually a disaster. Very cheap furniture, no smart TV. Bathroom was disgusting and the shower had a constant drip.

Room smelled like weed...toilet broken. Nobody at front desk...they ask you to call a cell number and nobody answered....asked for refund and have been told manager would call me several times and it's been a week already....do y stay here

The base of the place was clean. Living rm. Bedrm kitchen

Mold all in shower , bathroom was dirty. You can see the workers care but it's not enough. Trash can overflowing. Old dirt everywhere in room. No blankets for couch bed..it's needs detail work

My experiemce was terrible, i couldn't sleep there i had to cancel the reservation and look another hotel. The fist room the gave me wasn't ready and it was dirty... The second after i went to frontdesk to to advise was 77° with women hair on floor amd looked unsafe. I had to go front desk again and cancel,. The fromt desk lady told me that they wont refund me my money because i singned a paper 5min before. This is unpressentable they just wanted to stole me. I need my refund!

Room was extremely dirty and run down. There was hair and dirt everywhere. The room smelled like smoke and the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. I would avoid is at all possible!

More than we expected. Very nice and a full kitchen.

The room design and space was nice and generous in size.

A few things could have been better with the suite. Cleanliness because the suite was sightly dirty and unkept with a smell in the room. Also there was thick dust dust through out. I ice was left in the sink not drained or melted. However, on a scale of one to I 0 I will still give them a 7 because the location and how they handled the extension issue with professional and helpful approach.
