L'emplacement physique de l'hôtel est est un plus. les employés sont bien formés et respectueux. Mais, du moins, la chambre que nous habitions offrait un confort pitoyable. La toilette était vétuste et digne des années 1800. Une plomberie inadéquate, brisée, avec une pression d'eau ridicule dont le volume ou débit ne convenaient pas du tout. Le bol de toilette beaucoup trop bas, difficile d'y accéder, espace trop restreint entre le mur et le bol, trop bas au niveau du siège. le lavabo ne permettait pas de boucher le rejet de l'eau et permettre un lavage avec rinçage adéquat.

La toilette. La hauteur du lit en regard du plancher. Très difficile d'y accéder. La qualité des meubles. Par exemple, le fauteuil du bureau est usé et roule très mal sur le plancher. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis confortables.

Small 2x2.5’ window (web pics beautiful large windows and bright room space) that was to be overlooking the courtyard was looking out onto a brick 10x15 roof outcropping of some sorts with a bit of garbage on it and could not see anything past it except for back wall of hotel, room was to have a “separate sitting area” for the pull out couch where our son was to sleep as per pics is around a wall..nope right beside the bed, could barely turn around in the bathroom and try to get dressed without touching the toilet, room was size and feel as though we were at best western sad to say! Walls are very thin, We could hear the entire conversations of couple next to us first evening, the next night the baby crying was unfortunate, Want a microwave $25, want to park …no on-site parking unless you pay $60+ tax for valet per night, and 30 mins at least to get your car, which we did know going in. Just sad felt a bit ripped when you finally treat yourself to stay in this beautiful iconic downtown “Castle” and pay a mortgage payment for 2 nights expecting a bright beautiful iconic room and get a 2nd floor dark small space that shouldn’t be more than 280/night . Room service breakfast and delivery staff were excellent, and at least got to spend some quality time with the family in the city. Sad , wont be back
