Left bags in reception after calling to a reception that is constantly engaged and then being told bags would be delivered and then never arrived. 1/4 of a toilet roll left in room.

What an amazing hotel! Great rooms, friendly service, clean, and the Club Level was excellent. A special thank you to Mikayla for making our family trip special. Well recommened!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and felt very spacious. We were lucky to receive a free room upgrade and they were very accommodating to us traveling with a toddler.

Missing the smallest size face towels. It was still hot even with the thermostat adjusted. Did not get any lower than 21 degrees celsius.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. Hotel for being a Fairmont property owned and operated by Accor is not up to proposed standards. Photos on websites are not what is presented. Lobby is overcrowded and not sure if they are guests or people just loitering. Respectful it is old and iconic but sad to see it is very run down. Rooms, towels and robes need cleaning and refresh. Upon arrival my room wasn't cleaned properly and bedding smelled. Requested more pillows, and no one came. I guess service isn't included for $500 night. Again, one would think service expected is top notch. Lobby reception is not existent, only one and maybe two people working at desk and long line ups. Zoe's restaurant wait for children meals was well over an hour and came separately. Toronto's Royal York property is far more superior which I am surprised given its close proximity to our parliamentary, etc.
